摘要
职工民主管理是贯穿企业管理始终的一项管理制度。国家电网铜鼓县供电公司创新民主管理思路,通过强化职工代表联系卡管理,有效发挥了职工代表在职工代表大会闭会期间参与公司民主管理、民主监督的作用,使企业决策更加科学化,民主化程度也得到很大提高,为企业发展注入了生机和活力。
The Employee democracy management is a key institution which runs through the enterprises management. National Grid Tonggu District power supply company limited makes innovation and develops new democracy management. The employee representatives contact cards management effectively activates the employee representatives in participating the democracy management and supervising of the company during the time when workers' conferences are not in session, ensuring the enterprises decision to be more scientific, raising the degree of democracy and injecting new energy and vitality into the enterprise.
