摘要
天津市测绘院工会坚持"以人为本、关爱职工"的原则,以工会分会为依托,以班组、机关处室为主体,创建了58个职工小家,并将加强民主管理、民主监督、劳动竞赛、技术革新及征求合理化建议等作为职工小家的重要工作内容,开展了多达千余项活动,以宣传企业文化理念与精神,倡导团结、诚信、求精的工作作风和"汇集地理信息、共建美好家园"的核心价值观,使职工小家成为弘扬文化、凝聚人心、鼓舞士气、提升个人学习能力和竞争能力的"加油站"。
Tianjin institute of Surveying and Mapping has been persisting on ~people-oriented and employee-cared" principle. Based the branch of Trade Union and majored by working team and offices, the institute built 58 employee tiny families and developed thousands of activities centered on democracy management, democracy monitor, labor emulation, technique innovation and reasonable advice seeking. Through disseminating the belief and spirit of enterprise culture, promoting unification, trustworthiness and high quality seeking virtues and "gathering geographic information and co-building beautiful homeland core values, employee tiny families have become an supplying spot in upholding culture, concentrating morale and improving individual learning caDabilitv and aomnetence.
