课改视野下师范生教育教学技能培养模式探析——以玉林师范学院汉语言文学专业学生为例

The Cultivation Mode of Normal University Students' Teaching Skill from the Perspective of Teaching Reform——Take YUN Chinese Major as an Example

目前师范院校的培养模式与新课标的要求存在一定差距。为了适应课改要求,师范院校应调整教学计划,增加实践课程;建立合理的培训与考核机制;加强学生对教育教学技能重要性的认识;建立学生成长记录袋。只有通过这些切实可行的具体措施,才能达到提升学生教育教学技能的目的,为社会输送合格人才。

Currently, the cultivation mode in normal university and new curriculum standard. To adapt to the requirement of teaching reform, the university should amend its teaching plan, add practical courses, establish reasonable training and appraisal mechanism, reinforce students’ awareness of the importance of teaching skills, and set up students’ growth portfolio. Only by these strategies, can we reach the goal to improve students teaching skill and cultivate qualified talents for the society.
