“U-S”共同体下小学教育专业实践教学改革的调查分析——以小学教育(语文)专业为例

The Diagnoses of Practical Teaching Reform of Elementary Education Major under “U-S” Community——Take Elementary Education(Chinese) Major as an Example

实践性知识是师范生专业发展的知识基础,是其顺利入职的关键。职前教师教育必须通过师范生与中小学教学情境的互动、与一线教师的专业互动来促进师范生实践性知识的习得。为此,河池学院教师教育学院与实践基地小学建构"U-S"共同体,探索双导师制下的实践教学改革。对这一实践教学改革实施情况调查表明,一线教师与师范生对这一实践教学改革认同;师范生对教师职业的认同感提升;教学能力也得到提升;并提出完善这一实践教学改革的建议。旨在为进一步完善高校与小学合作进行实践教学改革提供参考。

Practical knowledge is the knowledge base of normal university students’ professional development and the key to students’ job-hunting. Pre-service education must be taught through normal university students’ interactions with primary and middle school teaching situations, through their professional interactions with frontline teachers to promote them to acquire practical knowledge. Therefore, Teacher Education College of Hechi University and its practical base in the primary school build up“U-S”community to explore the practical teaching reform under the double tutorial system. This paper is the diagnoses of the practical teaching reform and it shows that both frontline teachers and normal university students agree with the reform;the students’ sense of identity to the teaching profession is up, and their teaching ability has been improved. Advices are given on practical teaching reform, so as to promote the cooperation between colleges and elementary schools, and provide reference for practice teaching reform.
