转向架组装流水线中轮对输送系统的控制研究

摘要 针对青岛四方机车车辆股份有限公司的动车转向架组装流水线中轮对输送系统的控制问题,本研究提出了PLC和WinCC相结合的远程集中控制方案。该设计方案以PLC作为下位机,实现数据的实时采集和系统的自动控制功能;以WinCC作为上位机,承担监控和管理任务。WinCC组态软件对轮、输送小车及升降台进行组态,构建人机监控界面,同时系统还为轮对输送小车和液压升降台的实时监控提供了可行方案。研究结果表明,该系统在生产过程中实现了自动控制报警、自动保护和自动调节,不仅提高了运行效率,减轻了劳动强度,而且降低了运行成本,为动车组的安全性和稳定性提供了可靠保证。本研究在动车技术中具有一定的推广价值。 According to the controllable problems of the train bogie, wheels transportation of the CSR Si- fang CO,LTD Company, this paper proposes the combination of PLC and WinCC remote centralized con- trol scheme. The scheme uses PLC as the lower machine, which realizes the real-time acquisition of data and function of the automatic control system; and it uses WinCC as the PC,which undertakes monitoring and management tasks. WinCC software integrates the wheels transportation and lifting platform,and con- structs the man-machine monitoring interface. The control system provides a feasible solution for the real- time monitoring ofwheels transportation and lifting platform. The research results show that the system in the production process has achieved automatic control alarm, automatic protection and automatic regula- tion, and it not only has improved the efficiency, reduced the labor intensity, but also has reduced the op- eration cost, provided reliable guarantee for the safety and stability of bullet train. The research has a cer- tain popularization value in bullet train technology.
