内蒙古各盟市农村牧区经济发展绩效评价研究

Evaluation on the performances of the economic developments in rural and pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia

以内蒙古12个盟市为研究对象,选择各盟市农村牧区发展指标农作物总播种面积、有效灌溉面积、农牧业机械总动力、化肥施用折存量、农村用电量、农林牧渔业总产值、粮食产量、油料产量、猪牛羊肉产量、羊毛产量、年末牲畜存栏头数为绩效评价变量,使用主成分分析法对内蒙古各盟市农村牧区经济发展绩效做出评价,研究发现农村牧区经济发展较好的盟市是通辽市和赤峰市,东部区农村牧区经济发展绩效优于西部区。

taking 12 leagues and cities of Inner Mongolia as the study objects,selecting the development indicators of rural areas： such as the total sown areas of farm crops,the effective irrigation areas,the total power of agricultural machinery,the folding stocks about application of fertilizer,the rural consumptions,the total output values of agriculture forestry animal husbandry and fishery,the grain outputs,the oil outputs,the productions of beef and mutton,the wool outputs,the total numbers of livestock at the end of the year as the performance evaluation variables,using the method of principal component analysis to study the economic developments performance of the rural and pastoral areas in every city in Inner Mongolia. It was found that the economy of rural and pastoral areas of Tongliao city and Chifeng city developed better,the economy development performances of rural and pasturing areas of eastern regions were better than the western regions.
