摘要
该建筑于2014年获得绿色建筑三星级运行标识,介绍了该建筑采用的节能关键技术。被动式节能设计方面,优化设计了围护结构、日照、自然通风及自然采光;可再生能源系统设计方面,采用地源热泵系统与太阳能集热系统。在建筑运行过程中,建筑环境满足使用要求。分析了建筑实际运行能耗,全年单位面积耗热量为85.3kW·h/m2,空调系统耗电量指标为36.5kW·h/m2,相比办公、居住综合型建筑,处于较节能水平。
The project is awarded with a 3-star green building operation logo in 2014.Presents the adopted critical energy saving technology. In terms of passive energy saving design,presents the optimization design of building envelope,sunshine,natural ventilation and daylighting.In terms of renewable energy system design,applies the ground-source heat pump (GSHP)and solar collector system. The building environment is satisfactory in building operation phase.Analyses the actual operation energy consumption of the building.The results show that the electricity consumption index is 85.3 kWh/m2 for overall system and 36.5 kWh/m2 for HVAC system,which is at a lower level compared with complex type of office and restaurant buildings.
