运用统计分析对定点医院进行宏观监督,既能规范医院的违规行为,及时有效控制医疗费用不合理支出,又能给医院适当发展的空间。同时统计分析也是医保监督管理的薄弱环节。本文从流程、实施条件尤其是统计分析方法的应用三方面来介绍统计分析在监督中的重要性。
