摘要
购物中心每年需要消耗水、电、气等各类价值数亿元的能源,以驱动各设备系统,保证购物中心的安全、服务和品质。为更加合理控制这部分能耗,在各广场中部署能源管理平台[1,2]很有必要。论文分析了购物中心节能管理面临的挑战。以万达广场节能管理分项计量[3]数据为例,说明能源管理平台为能源资源管理提供了强有力的管理工具,并大幅度提高了节能管理水平;制定了未来工作计划,使能源管理平台发挥出更大的作用。
Shopping center has to spend hundreds of millions on consumption of water, electricity, gas and other kinds of energy to drive the individual equipment system, and to ensure the shopping center security, service and quality. In order to make this part of the energy consumption more reasonable, it is necessary to deploy an energy management system in each Plaza. This paper analyzes the challenges of shopping center energy management; The itemized metering data of Wanda Plaza energy management system certifies that the energy management system has provided a powerful tool for energy and resource management, so the level of energy management is highly improved ; What more, with the continuous improving of the system in the future, it will play a bigger role in the energy management.
