摘要
目的:为解决仁栝楼种苗的大量需求及繁育繁琐问题。方法:利用仁栝楼的腋芽作为外植体,进行一步成苗离体培养。结果:筛选出最佳一步成苗培养基为MS+0.1 mg·L-16-BA+0.2 mg·L-1NAA,植株再生频率达5.4。壮苗后的仁栝楼组织培养苗可直接移栽到育苗基质中,成活率可达77.1%。结论:仁栝楼一步成苗离体培养技术大大缩短了育苗周期。
To solve the problems of breeding and the large demand of seedling of Trichosanthes kirilowii, a fast regeneration system of one step seedlings was estabhshed for T. kirilowii. The optimum regeneration medium was MS + 6-BA 0.1 mg·L^-1+ NAA 0. 2 mg·L^-1 and the plant regeneration frequency reached 5.4. The survival rate of seedling transplanting could reach 77.1%. The technology of one-step seedlings for T. kirilowii can shorten the breeding cycle greatly.
