摘要
设计一种基于风险分析的医疗设备检查评分系统来确定医疗设备预防性维护的优先级和周期。将决定预防性维护周期的因素分为设备属性、有形风险、使用率和故障率4个因素,每个因素又根据不同标准分为不同的级别,并设有相应的权重和分值,通过加权平均得出评价对象的分值,然后根据分值确定出评价对象的优先级和预防性维护的周期。该方法应用方便、可行性高,能够满足医学工程部门的需要。
An evaluation system was designed based on risk analysis in order to determine the priority and period of preventive maintenance of medical equipment.Four factors that determined the period of preventive maintenance included the attribute of medical equipment,physical risks,utilization rate and failure rate.Each factor was assessed in various levels,weights and scores according to different standards.Through assignment of weights to four factors,the average score can be calculated for each medical equipment,based on which the priority and period of preventive maintenance were determined.This easy-to-use and feasible evaluation system can meet the needs of the department of medical engineering.
