点阵铒:钇铝石榴石激光联合超声波导入左旋维生素C治疗黄褐斑的临床观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察点阵铒:钇铝石榴石(Er:YAG)激光联合超声波导入左旋维生素C治疗黄褐斑的临床效果。方法选择62例黄褐斑患者,随机分为治疗组(32例)和对照组(30例);对照组给予点阵Er:YAG激光治疗,治疗组给予点阵Er:YAG激光联合超声波导入左旋维生素C治疗;观察疗效、不良反应及复发情况。结果治疗组有效率为93.75%(30/32),高于对照组[63.33%(19/30)],差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组色斑加重发生率为3.13%(1/32),低于对照组的23.33%(7/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3个月后治疗组复发率为16.67%(5/30),对照组为15.79%(3/19),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论点阵Er:YAG激光联合超声波导入左旋维生素C治疗黄褐斑效果明显,且能显著降低色斑加重的发生率。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of fractional Er:YAG laser combined with sonophoresis on levorotatory Vitamin C for the treatment of melasma. Methods 62 patients with melasma were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(30 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with fractional Er:YAG laser, while those in the treatment group were treated with fractional Er:YAG laser combined with sonophoresis on levorotatory Vitamin C. The therapeutic effect, adverse reaction and recurrence of two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%(30/32), which was higher than that of the control group [63.33%(19/30)], the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). The incidence rate of color spot aggravation of the treatment group was 3.13%(1/32), which was lower than that of the control group [23.33%(7/30)], the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group after 3 months was 16.67%(5/30), which of the control group was 15.79%(3/19), the difference was not statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Fractional Er:YAG laser combined with sonophoresis on levorotatory Vitamin C has an obvious therapeutic effect on melasma, and it can significantly reduce the incidence rate of color spot aggravation.
