基于SWOT分析的高职外贸英语毕业生就业竞争力研究

Study on the Employment Competitiveness of Foreign Trade English Majors of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on SWOT Analysis

利用SWOT分析法,以本科院校英语专业毕业生为对照,剖析高职院校外贸英语毕业生在就业竞争力上的优势与劣势,系统分析影响其竞争力的内外因素,发现存在的问题,并依据高职院校的人才培养思路和高职外贸英语学生的特点,对如何提高其就业竞争力提出策略性建议。

Based on the method of SWOT analysis,in comparison to English majors in universities,this paper was dissected the strengths and weaknesses in the employment competitiveness of higher vocational foreign trade English majors,systematically analyzed the internal and external factors,found the problems,and putted forward some strategic solutions according to the characteristics of talent cultivation and features of foreign trade English of higher vocational students.
