高职院校导向型学籍管理模式的构建

The Construction of Oriented Student Status Management Mode in Higher Vocational Colleges

学籍管理是高职院校教学管理的一个重要部分,在人才培养过程中起着举足轻重的作用。在大众化教育的背景下,高等职业教育生源质量下降,生源结构复杂,招生途径多样,为高等职业院校管理带来了不小的挑战。通过对学籍管理的基本内容、学籍功能以及在管理过程中存在的问题进行分析,提出了高职院校导向型学籍管理模式,并构建了导向体系,以期提升学生在学籍管理中的主体地位,引导学生在人才培养过程中的个性化发展,进而全面提高高职院校人才培养质量。

Student status management is an important part of teaching management in higher vocational colleges,and it plays an important role in the process of personnel training. At the background of popular education,there is a decline in the quality of higher vocational students,a complex structure of student sources,and diverse channels of student recruitments,which brought a big challenge for higher vocational colleges management. In this paper,the basic content of student status management,the function of student status,and the existing problems in the management process were analyzed. Oriented student status management mode were proposed,and oriented system was proposed to build to enhance the dominant position of students in the student status management,to guide the students to personalized development in the process of personnel training,and thus to improve the overall quality of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
