The Analysis of Path and Dilemma of School-enterprise Cooperation Based on the Cosmetics Industry——A Case Study of Huahao College in Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic

校企合作已成为高职院校普遍认可的一种办学模式而被广泛采用。校企合作在提高人才培养质量,培养符合行业发展需求人才方面发挥着十分重要的作用。以广州番禺职业技术学院华好学院为例,概述了美容化妆品行业校企合作办学现实困境,分析了美容化妆品行业校企合作办学路径,讨论了美容化妆品行业未来可能的办学方向及提升人才培养质量的有效措施。

School-enterprise cooperation has become a universally recognized running mode,which has been widely adopted by higher vocational colleges. The school-enterprise cooperation plays an important role in improving the personnel training quality and training in line with the needs of industry professionals. This paper is overviewed the dilemma of school-enterprise cooperation in the cosmetics industry,analyzed the running path of school-enterprise cooperation,discussed the possible direction of running in future and effective measures to enhance the personnel training quality,which based on the Huahao college in Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic.
