营口市站前区成年居民慢性病患病情况及其对相关知识的知晓率

Analysis on prevalence of chronic diseases and awareness rate of related knowledge among adult residents in Zhanqian District of Yingkou City

目的了解慢性病在营口市站前区成年居民中的流行特征,居民慢性病相关知识知晓情况,为制定适合该地区的干预措施提供基础数据。方法采取多阶段整群随机抽样方法共调查2 156人,调查内容包括问卷调查、体格检查和实验室检测,采用集中调查和入户面访的方法。结果人群超重、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、高血脂的现患率分别为35.67%、23.10%、9.74%、8.30%、6.8%,对自我体重、腰围、血压的知晓率均高于70%,血糖的知晓率低于40%。对慢性病高风险人群特征知晓率为9.9%。结论超重、高血压、糖尿病、肥胖、高血脂是站前区居民的主要慢性病,居民对慢性病相关知识的知晓率低。应加强慢性病及其相关知识的健康教育与健康促进,倡导科学的生活方式。

[Objective]To understand the epidemiologieal characteristics of chronic diseases among adult residents in Zhanqian District of Yingkou City, analyze the awareness rate of related knowledge, and provide a scientific basis for the development of intervention measures. [Methods]The multiple stage stratified cluster random sampling was taken to recruit 2156 subjects. The stoney included a questionnaires survey, anthropometric measurement and biochemical test, which were completed by centralized investigation and face to face household interview. [Results]The prevalence rate of overweight, hypertension, diabetes, obesity and hypedipoidemia was 35.67%, 23.10%, 9.74%, 8.30% and 6.8%, respectively. The awareness rates of self-body weight, waist circumference and blood pressure were all higher than 70%, and the awareness rate of self-blood glucose was lower than 40%. The awareness rate of characteristics of high-risk population to chronic diseases was only 9.9%. [Conclusion]The main chronic diseases among residents in Zhanqian District are overweight, hypertension, diabetes, obesity and hypedipoidemia, and the awareness rate of knowledge related to chronic diseases is low. It is urgent to strengthen the health education and health promotion of chronic diseases and related knowledge, and advocate the scientific life style.
