无锡市某集成电路制造企业5年职业健康监护资料分析 被引量:2

Analysis on occupational health surveillance data of five years in an integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise of Wuxi City

摘要 目的通过了解某集成电路制造企业职业病危害控制水平及职业卫生管理状况,探讨该行业职业病发生的规律性特征,为企业进一步改进防治措施提供依据。方法对某集成电路生产企业2009-2013年职业健康监护资料和不同职业病危害因素检出情况进行分析,并对其职业卫生管理现状进行调查。结果该企业中5年按照15种职业病危害因素共监护13 506人次,累积发现职业禁忌证49人次,共35人,检出比率为0.36%。涉及相关职业病危害因素有砷化氢、噪声共2种,未发现疑似职业病患者。14人不同年份查出相同禁忌证2次。结论公司应进一步加强职业健康监护工作,特别是上岗前的健康检查,在具体实施过程中可将噪声作为健康监护的重点职业病危害因素,发现的职业禁忌证人员应立即调离相关工作岗位。 [Objective]By understanding the occupational hazard control level and occupational health management status in an integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise, to explore the regularity of occupational disease in this industry, provide the basis for further improvement of protection measures. [Methods]The data of occupational health surveillance and occupational hazard factors in an integrated circuit manufacturing enterprise from 2009-2013 were analyzed, and the occupational health management status was investigated.[Results] 13 506 person-time were monitored according to 15 occupational hazard factors in 5 years, and a total of 49 person-time were diagnosed with occupational contraindications, involving 35 people, with the detection rate of 0.36%. There were two occupational hazard factors of arsenic hydride and noise. No patient with suspected occupation disease was found. 14 people were diagnosed with occupational contraindications twice in different years.[Conelusion]The enterprise should further strengthen the occupational health surveillance, especially pre-service health examination. In the actual implementation process, the noise should be regarded as the key hazard factor in occupational health surveillance, and the people who are diagnosed with occupational contraindications should transfer to other post.
