摘要
文章以新疆环烷基油为基础油,将其与功能性添加剂复配,研制出适用于R22冷媒的全配方冷冻机油,并对研制油品和市场产品ATMOS NM56EP的理化性质、氧化安定性、低温性能、与冷媒R22的相溶性、润滑性(四球摩擦试验机测试、空调制冷压缩机台架测试)等进行了对比评价。结果显示,研制油品的综合理化性能与ATMOS NM56EP相当;其中与ATMOS NM56EP相比,研制油品的能效比(COP)提高了0.59%,输入功率(入力)降低了1.05%,噪音和振动分别下降了5.82%和1.84%,3000h破坏耐久试验后曲轴和滑片的磨损量均下降约20%。
The new formulated refrigerator oil for refrigerant R22 was synthesized successfully by taking Xinjiang naphthenic oil as base oil and combining with functional additives. And a series of comparative tests for the obtained refrigerator oil and the reference oil( ATMOS NM56EP) were carried out,such as physical- chemical properties,oxidative stability,low- temperature fluidity,compatibility with refrigerant R22,and the lubricity tested by the four- ball friction tester and the bench of refrigerating compressor. The results showed that the developed oil is comparable with the reference oil in comprehensive physical- chemical properties. Compared with the ATMOS NM56 EP,the COP of the developed oil increases by 0. 59%,the input power reduces by 1. 05%,the noise and vibration falls by 5. 82% and 1. 84% respectively,and the abrasion quantity of the crankshaft and vane both decreases by about 20% after 3000 h durable destruction test.
