摘要
为了计算某与炼化项目集成的整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)多联供示范项目现有装机方案下外供氢气、蒸汽、电力以及氧、氮等工业气体的可用率,依托某IGCC多联供示范项目,基于气化、空分、变换及净化、联合循环等装置可靠性指标的调研结果,运用可靠性理论对IGCC多联供系统主体装机方案的可靠性进行了研究。结果表明:IGCC多联供系统可以每年外供炼化项目25万m3/h氢气8000 h以上,满足炼化项目对外供氢气的可靠性要求;IGCC多联供系统加上蒸汽备用措施后可以外供炼化项目蒸汽8000 h以上;炼化项目在任何工况下都需要外购部分电力。需要设置2×100%容量的备用电源,以确保炼化项目所需电力的可靠性。
Relying on one IGCC poly-generation demonstration project,a reliability study of main equipments installation plan of IGCC poly-generation system integrated with oil refining project was made.According to the reliability data survey of main equipment and reliability theory,the reliability of hydrogen,steam,power and other industry gas supply under typical working conditions were analysed and calculated.The results showed that,with reasonable equipment standby,the system could provide hydrogen 2. 5 × 105m3/ h and steam for refining project lasting more than 8000 hours.In order to ensure the normal operation of the refining project,it needed to be equipped two emergency power supply whose capacity were 100%.
