L管系两铰链膨胀节计算方法研究

摘要 针对在热力管道系统中,铰链膨胀节及其配套系统的计算,其求解过程复杂和繁琐,国內外都缺少必要计算方法。文章在三铰链管系研究的基础上,通过数学解析法,利用材料力学中的悬臂梁受力变形和三铰链膨胀节的几何位移计算方法,提出了一种虚拟三铰链的计算方法,对两铰链膨胀节L管系进行近似的数学解析计算。通过对计算结果验证,虚拟三铰链计算方法是一种相对简单,安全可行的计算方法。 In the thermal pipeline system,the solving process of the calculation for hinge expansion joints and their supporting system is very complicated and tedious.And there is a lack of necessary calculation method both at home and abroad.Based on the study of three hinge expansion systems,this paper proposes a calculation method of virtual three hinge expansion joint by utilizing the deflection calculation of cantilever beam and the calculation of angular rotation in a three hinge piping system through mathematic analysis method.By using this calculation method,the paper makes approximate mathematic analysis calculation for the two hinge expansion joint on L-sharp-edged piping.After validation of the results,the calculation method of the virtual three hinge expansion joint is verified to be comparatively simple,safe and feasible calculation method.
