一种高效便捷的换热器管板有限元分析新方法 被引量:3

摘要 采用实体建模的有限元分析是工程设计中对换热器管板进行应力分析的常用方法。但该方法建模繁琐、加载复杂、计算量大、耗时久,不便于工程应用。采用当量管板、当量管束、轴对称模型的方法进行简化,不仅建模便捷,加载方便,还能大大节省计算时间,而且不失精度。文章通过对某固定管板式换热器的六种工况使用该有限元分析方法进行计算,并与SW6软件按JB 4732标准计算的结果进行比较。采用Pearson乘积矩相关系数进行检验,结果显示该有限元分析方法和JB 4732标准计算结果相符,证实了该方法的可靠性。 Finite element with solid model is a commonly used method for stress analysis of tube sheet in engineering design.However,modeling is complex;loading is complicated;there's a large amount of calculation and it takes a long time to do these.So it's not convenient to adopt this method.After simplifying the method through taking equivalent tube sheet,equivalent bundle and ax symmetric model,not only modeling became convenient and loading became easy,but also calculation time was saved greatly with the accuracy guaranteed.This paper calculated certain fixed tube sheet heat exchanger in six operating cases by using the finite element analysis method and compared the results with the calculation by using SW6 software with JB 4732 standard.Then it examined the results by applying the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient.And the examination results indicated that the calculation results from the finite element analysis method complied with the results from using JB 4732 standard.The reliability of this method was confirmed.
