摘要
某公司线性低密度聚乙烯装置回收压缩机在紧急停车过程中,机械密封突然失效发生泄漏,大量润滑油及溶解的回收气体从机械密封处喷出。文聿对机械密封和压缩机系统进行了分析,得出泄漏的根本原因:在设计中未考虑介质中三乙基铝的影响,造成非介质侧机械密封动静环与轴套间间隙被烷基铝反应物堵塞,造成动静环表面磨损及静环随动性差,最终导致机械密封失效。根据原因分析,提出了相应的解决方案,增加了一套氮气吹扫系统,最终解决了这一问题。
In an LLDPE plant of certain Company,the mechanical seal failed and leakage occurred suddenly when the recovery compressor shut down in emergency and lots of recycled oil and dissolved gas ejected from the mechanical seal.This paper analyzed the mechanical seal and compressor system and found out the root causes:the effect of triethylaluminum in the medium hasn't been taken into consideration in design process and this resulted in the blockage of the gap between the dynamic and static ring and the sleeve of the mechanical seal in non-media side by alkyl aluminium reactant.And this led to the wear of the dynamic and static ring surface and the poor mobility of the static ring.All of these resulted in the failure of the mechanical seal.According to the cause analysis,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and added a nitrogen purge system.And finally,the problem was solved.
