摘要
针对中国石化集团四川维尼纶厂醋酸乙烯装置EAP80K3-400型离心式醋酸泵选型偏大,运行不节能的问题,通过测绘现场离心泵装置的结构布置及测得的原始数据,建立了离心泵装置系统的数学模型,做出阻力L-Q曲线图,诊断其运行工作点与设计点的偏离程度,找出了离心泵运行不节能的主要原因。文章根据理论分析,优选了其中3项节能技术进行实施:降低轮盘摩擦损失;增加密封间隙阻力,降低容积损失:切割叶轮外径。实施的节能技术易于操作,投资少,见效快,节能效果明显。
Aiming at the problems of larger type of EAP80K3 — 400 centrifugal acetic acid pump and higher energy consumption in the vinyl acetate plant of Sinopec Sichuan Vinylon Works,the mathematical model of centrifugal pump device system is set up with the measured original data as the basis through surveying and mapping the structural arrangement of the site centrifugal pump.Then the resistance L-Q curve is drawn to diagnose deviation extent of the operation point from the designed point and the main reasons for the higher energy consumption of the centrifugal pump are found out.According to the reasons from theoretical analysis,three technical measures for energy saving are taken.This reduces the disk friction loss,increases the sealing gap resistance and reduces the volume loss and cuts the impeller diameter.The technical measures taken to save energy are easy to operate with less investment and quick results.And these help to obtain apparent energy conservation effects.
