摘要
论述了聚乙烯车间日本神户制钢所LCM280H型挤压机齿轮泵电机出现的异常现象,对其电机轴承振动进行了分析,首次检测电机轴承频谱图出现明显的轴承外圈故障频率,轴承外圈出现损伤,2个多月后,检测结果电机轴承冲击值突然远远超标,出现明显轴承外圈及轴承保持架故障频率,立即停机验证了检测分析结果。文章对电机轴承进行了失效分析,提出了电机轴承失效的具体解决措施,通过实践,效果很好,保证了聚乙烯车间大型机组的平稳运行。
This paper discusses the abnormal phenomena of the Japanese KOBELCO LCM280 Htype extruder gear pump motor bearing of the polyethylene plant.It analyzes the vibration of the motor bearing.During the first test of the motor bearing spectrogram,obvious fault frequency in the outer ring of the bearing occurred and damage appeared as well.Two months later,the test results showed that the impact value of the motor bearing far exceeded the standard suddenly.And obvious fault frequency in the bearing outer ring and bearing cage appeared.The analytic results were verified after immediate shut-down.This paper makes a failure analysis on the motor bearing and brings forward the specific measures to solve the failure of the motor bearing.The effect is very good through practice and this ensures the smooth operation of large unit in polyethylene workshop.
