摘要
针对大型克劳斯风机运行噪声高的特点,开展噪声现状调查,分析研究噪声频谱特性,确定风机的噪声主要是进、排风的空气动力性噪声与电机噪声叠加而成,频谱分布较宽。文章综合安全运行、防爆通风、检修维护等因素,分析比较噪声治理的方法和途径,优选出安装组合式隔声房、设置隔声房通风消声器、安装固定式气体检测仪及视频监控系统等技术方案,形成1套适于大型克劳斯风机安全运行的噪声治理技术,为大型克劳斯硫磺回收工艺的设计及噪声治理提供借鉴。
Aiming at the high noise made by the large Claus fan during its operation,this paper carried out an investigation on the present situation of the noise.It analyzed and studied the noise spectrum characteristics.And then the paper determined that the noise of the fan basically was superposition of inlet and exhaust aerodynamic noise and motor noise and the spectral distribution was wide.The paper summed up such factors as safe operation,explosion-proof,ventilation,overhaul,maintenance and so on to analyze and compare the methods and ways for noise control.It optimized the technical scheme of installing combined soundproof room,setting up ventilation muffler for soundproof room,installing fixed gas detector and video monitor system.The paper formed a set of noise control technology suitable for the safe operation of large scale Claus fan,which may provide reference for the design and noise control of large scale Claus sulfur recovery technology.
