摘要
介绍了福建联合石化(FREP)乙烯装置脱瓶颈改造项目概况和乙烯装置改造技术特点,强调塔系统改造的重要性,提出了乙烯装置改造塔的方案,根据工艺要求及流程特点,对乙烯装置分离改造的重点和塔内件改造的难点进行了分析论证,并着重介绍汽油分馏塔、脱甲烷塔、脱乙烷塔、乙烯塔、丙烯塔等关键塔内件的改造经验,改造塔内件的方案优化及选择对装置改造成功起了关键性作用。
This paper introduces the general information of FREP ethylene plant debottleneck revamp project and the revamp technical features of the ethylene plant.It emphasizes the importance of the tower system revamp and presents the technical features of the revamped tower and the revamp plan.The paper focuses on the introduction of revamp experience in key tower internals including gasoline fractionators,demethanizer,deethanizer,ethylene fractionators and propylene fractionators and so forth.The optimization and selection of the plan for revamped tower internals plays a critical role in the successful revamp of the ethylene plant.
