摘要
通过汶川地震的震害分析,提出砌体结构的抗震加固重点应放在加强构件间的连接和整体性方面,提高结构墙体的延性、抗震能力。并结合北京市老旧小区多层砌体结构住宅抗震鉴定报告,进行了大量的现场考察、设计和研究工作,在此基础上总结和确定了统一可行的抗震加固方法,为今后砌体结构抗震加固提供了参考。
Based on the disaster analysis of brick masonry in WEN Chuan earthquake and the seismic inspection reports of multistory brick masonry in Beijng old district, the opinion that enhancing the connection between structural members can improve ductility of the overall structure is put. Site investigations, design and research works are carried out. According to the actual situation, the viable seismic strengthening methods are summarized. It provides reference for the future seismic reinforcement of multistory brick masonry.
