摘要
依托某高速公路结构物混凝土施工,在施工前对现场地形合理规划,将构件预制厂和施工生产大型搅拌站建在一起,减少了人员投入和用地面积,运用砂石分离和浆水回收设备,在保证环境质量的前提下,最大化的减少了剩余混凝土的浪费,同时有效地起到资源循环利用的作用,为以后现场剩余混凝土回收利用提供成熟的施工工艺。
This paper relies on the structure of a highway concrete construction, before construction on site topography reasonable planning, the component prefabrication factory and construction of large-scale production of the mixing station built together, a reduction of staff input and land area, the use of sand separation and water recycling equipment, under the premise of ensuring the quality of the environment, the maximum to reduce the residual concrete waste, also play an effective role of recycling resources, provide mature construction technology for live residual concrete recycling.
