我国科技园的规划发展已经走过了近30个春秋,随着科技园的不断扩大与成熟,也带来了一系列问题。论文通过内蒙古福瑞健康科技园的规划实例,探索了一种新的规划模式——社区型科技园,实现土地的混合使用,促进职住平衡,为科技园的发展注入新活力。
