Some Ideas on Management of Full Life Cycle Cost for the BT Mode Project

在我国基础设施建设领域,BT投资融资模式的应用日益广泛,有力解决了基础设施投资不足的问题,但同时也暴露了BT项目费用过高的问题。针对这一问题,笔者引入了全寿命周期费用管理理论,结合案例分析和总结实践经验,探索BT模式工程项目如何进行全寿命周期费用管理,以降低工程项目费用,达到全寿命周期费用最低的目的。

In the field of infrastructure construction in China, the application of BT investment and financing mode is more and more widely, effectively solves the problems of infrastructure investment, but also exposed the problem of the high cost of BT projects. To solve this problem, we have introduced a full life cycle cost management theory, combined with case studies and practical experience,to explore the BT mode how the project life cycle cost management, in order to reduce the cost of the project, to achieve the purpose of the lowest life cycle cost.
