实体练习对护生实践技能和共情能力影响的研究

Study on the impact of entitative exercises on practice skills and empathy ability of students majored in nursing

目的在《护理学基础》实验操作练习中,研究实体练习对护生的实践技能和共情能力的影响,以提高护生的实践技能和共情能力。方法选择2个各医学基础课程相近的两个自然组成班为研究对象,随机抽取一个为实验组(51人),一个为对照组(48人),开展实验操作练习,选取生活护理中卧床病人更换床单法、口腔护理和头发护理三项操作,在练习时对照组采取传统的用模型人练习,实验组采取同学之间实体练习。比较两组实践操作考试得分高低、两组组内两次杰弗逊共情量表得分高低,两组第二次杰弗逊共情量表得分提高幅度的高低。结果两组实践操作考试得分高低、两组组内两次杰弗逊共情量表得分高低,两组第二次杰弗逊共情量表得分提高幅度的高低比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P≤0.05)。结论《护理学基础》实验操作能提高护生的共情能力,实体练习相比传统的用模型人练习更能提高护生的实践技能和共情能力。

Objective Study the impact of entitative exercises on practice skills and empathy ability of students majored in nursing during teaching ＂experimental operation practice base＂ , in order to improve nursing students＂ practical skills and empathy ability. Methods Two nature classes that performed similar in basic medical courses were chose as the study object, experimental group including 51 students, while control group constructed by 48 students. Students in experimental group carried out experimental operation practice. Replacement of sheet while patients lied in the bed, oral care and hair nursing care were chose to carry out the practice among students in experiment group. However, students in the control group took traditional human model to carry out the practice. We compared the score of practice examination and Jefferson empathy scale score of the two groups. Results The differences of practice exam score of two group, Jefferson empathy scale scores inner groups and the second Jefferson empathy scale scores between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Experimental operation in ＂ basic nursing science＂ can improve the nursing students＂ empathy ability. Entitative practice model performed better than the traditional model in practice improving the nursing students＂ practical skills and empathy ability.
