To strengthen the academic norm training of graduate students training should find out the problems of current academic norm of graduate students, analyze the internal impetus of graduate students, the system of managing and surveillance, the short of aim and responsibility, and the internal and external environments as well, so as to improve the whole level of the academic norm of graduate students by establishing a long term mechanism, strengthening the education and skill training, improving the evaluation system of the academic norm and perfecting the surveillance and punishment system.
