摘要
为剖析军校学员自主学习能力的内涵,从学习的动机、内容、时间、环境、方法、监督等方面,对比了军校学员和地方大学生自主学习能力培养的差异。基于这些差异和一般自主学习的内涵,给出了军校学员自主学习能力的定义,认为军校学员自主学习是军校学员素质培养机制下的一种特殊学习模式,其含义相对于一般的自主学习具有更高的层次,同时也有着鲜明的军事时代特征。
For analyzing the connotations of self-learning ability of the undergraduate cadets, the differences on the cultivation of self-learning ability between the cadets and local undergraduates are studied from the aspects of learning motivations, contents, environments, methods and supervisions. Based on these differences and the connotations of general self-learning ability, the self-learning ability of the undergraduate cadets is defined and its connotations are analyzed, which demonstrates that selflearning ability of the undergraduate cadets is a special learning mode for cultivating their qualities, and with brilliant features of military times the level of its connotations is higher than that of the general self-learning.
