摘要 从元认知策略的相关理论出发,对大学英语听力教学提出了建议。首先,介绍了元认知的基本概念和元认知的相关策略;其次,指出大学英语教学中听力学习的重要性;最后,从教师的角度对大学英语听力教学的听力前、听力过程中和听力后三个阶段提出教学建议,对大学英语听力教学有一定的促进作用。 From the theories of metacognitive strategy, the paper puts forward suggestions on college English listening teaching. The basic concepts and strategies of metacognitive strategy are introduced, and then the importance of listening learning in college English teaching is highlighted. Finally, suggestions on pre-listening, listening and post-listening stages for college English teaching are put forward, which will be beneficial to college English listening teaching.
