摘要
本文针对当前我国债券市场出现的错误观点进行了澄清,并明确提出:完善国债收益率曲线关键是改变国债发行管理制度并消除税收政策的负面影响;阻碍债券市场发展的主要问题不是市场分割而是监管部门的本位主义和封建式监管,切忌犯诊断性错误。
The paper clarifies wrong views about the development of China＇ s bond market, and brings forward two reforming suggestions： one is to reform treasure bond issuance and tax system to improve the treasure yield curve ; the other is to reform regulation system to further speed up the development of China＇ s bond market.
