摘要
太极拳作为东方文化的典型代表,凝聚了中华传统文化的精髓,更充满着生命哲学,而现代科学技术的发展,让人们对太极拳有了认识上的质变。本文采用文献资料等研究方法对太极拳健身哲学要素进行梳理,并结合现代自然科学对太极拳运动负荷、呼吸方式及健身效果等方面的研究结果,对太极拳的健身哲学进行现代科学阐释,具有时代的普适性。
Tai chi as a typical representative of the oriental culture, embodies the essence of traditional Chinese culture, but also full of life philosophy. The development of modem sci- ence and technology make people have a qualitative understanding of Tai Chi. In this paper, combing the literature Tai Chi philosophical elements, combined with the findings of modem natural science aspects of tai chi exercise load, breathing patterns and fitness effects of tai chi fitness philosophy of modern science be explained with the era of universal .
