体育院校武术与民族传统体育专业毕业生就业情况的调查研究

Investigation and Study on Graduates Employment Status of the Martial Arts and National Sports Traditional Sports in Sports College

本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对2007-2013届体育院校武术与民族传统体育专业毕业生的就业情况进行研究。结果显示:毕业生毕业即就业的比例较低,男女生就业时间存在较大差异;就业地点仍以大中城市为主,并且女生留在大中城市的比例较高;女生进入学校工作的比例最高,但该比例呈现逐年下降趋势;该专业毕业生大多从事非体育专业工作,从事武术与民族传统体育工作的比例最低,但女生从事体育专业工作的比例较高。

This paper survey the time employment status of the Martial Arts and National Sports Traditional Sports in sports college from 2007 to 2013 through literature data method, questionnaire and mathematical statistics method. The results show： that graduates proportion of employment upon graduation is lower. And there is a big difference between boys and girls. The major of graduates work in the main cities, and the proportion of girls to stay in the cities is higher. The school is the main choice to the graduates, but the ratio showing a declining trend. The graduates are mostly engaged in non -sports professionals. The propor- tion of graduates is the lowest engaging in the work of martial arts and the National Tradition- al Sports, but the proportion of girls in sports professional work is higher.
