大学生实习现状分析与对策探讨

On the Status of College Students' Internship and its Countermeasures

当前,我国大学生的实习存在组织管理松散、专业相关度不高、实习效果欠佳、侵权较为普遍等问题。有必要出台促进大学生实习的政策和法规,深化校企合作,强化行业协会作用和高校服务职能,建立健全大学生实习的运行机制和保障机制。

At present, the status of the college students＇ internship exist such problems as loose organization and management, low major- relevancy, poor effect, widespread tort and so on. It is necessary to formulate polleies and regulations to promote college students＇ internship, deepen the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, in- tensify the service funetion of industry associations and colleges, establish and perfect the operating mechanism and safeguard mechanism.
