摘要
经济型酒店在引入中国后发展迅速,但是经济型酒店目前在发展中还存在一些问题,尤其是人力资源方面的问题亟待解决。本文在分析了当前中国经济型酒店存在的问题之后,提出了外包业务、增加在职培训、做好人力资源规划等解决措施。
Econo hotels have been encountering a rapid development since the introduction to China, but cur- rently there are still some problems in its development, especially the problems about human resources management. Based on the analysis of the current Chinese Econo Hotel problem, this paper puts forward certain tactices in terms of the outsourcing business, on- the- job training, and human resources planning.
