摘要
结合中国房地产的实际情况,介绍了房地产调控取得的成效,指出了调控机制存在的不足,并就中国房地产调控机制的完善提出了相应的对策,其中包括健全市场机制、发挥政府作用、健全住房保障体制、健全税收机制、加强市场监管、促进市场稳定运行等方面。希望能够为合理调控房地产,促进中国房地产健康运行提供借鉴与参考。
In combination with the current situation of China's real estate, real estate regulation results are in-troduced, the shortage of the regulatory mechanism are pointed out and the countermeasures of perfecting China' s real estate regulatory mechanism are put forward, including perfecting market mechanism, giving play to the role of the government, improving the housing security system and the tax system, strengthening market supervision and promoting market's stable operation, hoping to be able to provide references for reasonable regulation and control of real estate and promote the health run of China's real estate.
