博物馆讲解员的整体素质存在着知识面不广、讲解能力不足、礼表不规范等方面的问题。博物馆应提高讲解员的知识面,重视讲解员的继续教育工作,建立有效的继续教育体系,逐步提高讲解员的业务水平。
