cDNA阵列分析法研究虫草素对胰腺癌BxPc-3和BxPc-3-LN细胞株部分肿瘤相关基因表达的影响 被引量:2

Effects of cordycepin on pancreatic tumor-related genes expression by cDNA array analysis

摘要 目的从分子水平探讨虫草素对胰腺癌细胞株部分肿瘤相关基因表达的影响。方法利用多点c DNA阵列分析法对9个胰腺癌相关基因进行表达研究。结果与空白对照组相比用药(虫草素)组甲基化Cp G结合蛋白1(MBD1)、视网膜母细胞瘤1(RB1)基因、E2F转录因子5(E2F5)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)、转化生长因子BI(TGFBI)、转录因子2B(GTF2B)、上皮细胞钙黏蛋白(CDH)、视黄醇受体-β(RARB)和RAS癌基因家族成员之一(RAB1)表达均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论虫草素对胰腺癌细胞具有一定的生长抑制作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of cordycepin on pancreatic cancer-related genes expression at molecular level. Methods Nine pancreatic cancer-related genes expressions were studied through multi-point c DNA array analysis. Results Compared with control group, the expression of Methyl-Cp G binding domain protein 1(MBD1), retinoblastoma 1(RB1) gene, E2 F transcription factor 5(E2F5), insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF1), transforming growth factorⅡB(TGF2B), E-cadherin(CDH1), Retinoic acid receptor beta(RARB), and RAS oncogene family members RAB1 in treatment(cordycepin) group was significantly decreased(P〈0.05). Conclusion Cordycepin can play some roles in suppressing activity of pancreatic cancer cells.
