摘要
从结构植物学、植物生物化学、分子生物学三个方面对红松和前红松进行了系统的比较研究.结果表明:前红松叶的角质层内表面的胞间凸缘为浅波浪状,缘厚;红松叶的角质层内表面的胞间凸缘为深波浪状,缘窄.过氧化物同工酶电泳结果可见,前红松有8条酶带,红松有7条酶带;前红松的酯酶同工酶电泳有6条酶带,红松的酯酶同工酶电泳有5条酶带.前红松与红松叶绿体基因组中的rbcL基因片段458个核苷酸中有5个不同.
Systematic comparative studied on P.prokoraiensis and P.koraiensis from three aspect of structural botany,plant biological chemistry and molecular biology in this paper.Those results:the intercellular flanges of the needle cuticle of P.prokoraiensis is shallow undulate and developed single flange,P.koraiensis's intercellular flanges is deep undulate and not prosperous single flange.The electrophoresis of peroxidase isozyme in P.prokoraiensis was 8isozyme bands,P.koraiensis's electrophoresis was 7isozyme bands.The electrophoresis of esterase isozyme in P.prokoraiensis was6 isozyme bands,P.koraiensis's electrophoresis was 5isozyme bands.The nucleotide sequences for rbcL gene are different between P.koraiensis and P.prokoraiensis by 5 nucleotides in a 458 bp fragment.These results afford new gist for different of P.koraiensis and P.prokoraiensis.
