50份枳种质物候期的调查与聚类分析

Cluster Analysis of Phenophase of Trifoliate Oranges Germplasm

2014年以国家果树种质重庆柑桔圃中保存的50份枳Poncirus trifoliata种质为研究对象,对其现蕾、初花、盛花、着果、萌芽、展叶、叶片变黄和落叶等生物学过程进行了调查,并以不同生物学现象发生的时间为指标进行了聚类分析。调查结果表明,大部分枳在3月上旬进入现蕾期和萌芽期,3月中旬或4月上旬进入初花期,4月中旬进入盛花期和着果期;展叶主要发生在3月中下旬,9月下旬叶片变黄,10月下旬叶片大量脱落。不同的枳种质在物候期上有差异,聚类结果显示,50份枳种质可以聚为三类或五类,其中少刺枳和74-1枳分别单独聚为一类。

Genetic diversity for phenophase of trifoliate orange（Poncirus trifoliata）germplasm was investigated.Phenological variations of squaring,initial flowering,full-blooming,fruit-setting,sprouting,leaf-expansion,leaf-yellowing and leaf-fall among trifoliate oranges were clustered based on their phenological periods.The results showed that for most Poncirus trifoliata germplasm,the squaring and sprouting began in early March,initial flowering in middle March or early April,full-blooming and fruit-setting in middle of April.Leaf-expansion appeared in middle or late of March,leaf turning yellow at late September,and falling off in late October.However,the phenological periods differed among different accessions.Clustering results indicated that the 50 trifoliate oranges were classified into 3or 5groups.Non-thorn and 74-1trifoliate orange were placed as the individual groups,respectively.
