摘要
MPC高韧性聚合物混凝土是一种新型的桥梁加固材料,具有轻质高强、施工工艺简便、施工周期短、施工质量易于控制等特点。本文以方正县中兴桥为工程背景,介绍了利用MPC高韧性聚合物混凝土进行简支T梁加固的理论计算公式,并且通过荷载试验,分析了在加固前后桥梁的极限承载能力、刚度安全储备及横向分布等。研究表明,MPC复合材料加固的简支T梁可以明显提高桥梁的极限承载能力,刚度也有不同程度的提高。
MPC high toughness of polymer concrete is a new type of bridge reinforcement material,which has the characteristics of light weight and high strength,simple construction process,short construction period,easy to control the construction quality etc. This article takes Zhong Xing bridge at Fang Zheng County as the engineering background,introduces the theoretic formulas of simply supported T beam reinforcement by concrete adding MPC high toughness of polymer,and through the load test,analyses the limit before and after reinforcement in bridge bearing capacity,stiffness and transverse distribution of security reserve. Research shows that,the reinforcement of simply supported T beam bridge can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the normal test conditions byusing MPC composite materials,the stiffness also have different degrees of increase.
