链轮传动中,采用内花键式链轮能传递较大的扭矩,且使用寿命较长。内花键式链轮的制造采用分体加工、过盈配合组装的方式,简化了结构,提高了链轮的制造精度,增加了链传动的可靠性及使用寿命。
the chain drive using sprockets with female splines can transmit higher torques and has longer life. Each components of the sprocket with female spline are individually machined and assembled with interference fit, which simplifies the structure, improves the manufacturing precision of the sprocket, and increases the reliability and service life of the chain drive.
