The Development of Freedom in Hegel's Philosophy of Right

黑格尔在他的法哲学中运用概念推演的方法考察了人类自由的实现过程,他是从独特的"关系"视角探讨自由的,认为只有在社会关系(契约、道德以及伦理)中自由才能实现,反过来说,真实的自由就体现在人们的各种社会关系之中。在社会关系中谈论自由,就必然涉及主体与主体之间的关系问题,而这正是克服传统自由主义的缺陷、重构以主体之间的相互承认为特征的自由理论的基础。

Hegel employs the implementation process of human freedom by the way of concept deduction in his philosophy of right. He explores the freedom from the unique perspective of ＂relationship＂, and thinks that the freedom can achieve only in social relations（contract, morality and ethical life）. Conversely, the true freedom is reflected in people＇s various social relations. To talk about freedom in social relations, it must relate to the problem of relationship between the subject and the subject; and this is the foundation of overcoming the defects of traditional liberalism and reconstructing the theory of freedom that is characteristic of mutual recognition between subjects.
