摘要
工业氧化钼中钾元素含量过高会对产品质量产生较大的影响,本文针对高温氧化钼急速冷却的工艺,考察了不同工艺条件对降低氧化钼中钾含量的影响,结合水洗降钾工艺可以将工业氧化钼的钾含量由130 mg/kg降低到50 mg/kg。
Excessive amount of potassium in the industrial molybdenum oxides will have great influence on product quality. In this paper,by adopting high temperature molybdenum oxides rapid cooling process,the different process conditions for reducing the effect of potassium content in molybdenum oxide were examined,combined with the water- washing process,the potassium content in industrial molybdenum oxides can be reduced to 50 mg / kg from 130 mg / kg.
