摘要
结合顺序控制工艺过程的功能特点,将连续操作工艺危害时使用的传统HAZOP分析技术中的引导词进行重新定义,以间歇式加氢反应工艺流程为例,对各工艺操作步骤的执行顺序进行偏差分析,找出程序执行过早、过晚或不执行时对安全操作的影响以及导致该后果的原因,并提出适当的建议措施,力争在设计阶段将风险降至最低。
In combination of functional characteristics of technological process of sequential control, the guide words in traditional HAZOP analysis technique adopted when the continuous operation process is damaged are redefined. Taking the technological process of batch hydrogenation reaction,the variance analysis on execution sequence of all technological process steps are conducted to the influences on safety operation and the possible causes when the program execution is performed too early,or too late or not performed. Meanwhile,the appropriate suggestions and measures are put forward to minimize the risks in design stage.
