非心脏大手术老年患者术后认知功能障碍的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 术后认知功能障碍（Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction,POCD）主要表现为手术后患者出现的记忆、学习、语言、视觉空间能力、注意力、运动功能、执行力等神经心理学领域功能的改变,也包括焦虑或抑郁[1]。POCD不仅降低患者术后生活质量、增加其它合并症发病或致死的风险,并有可能转化为长期性或者永久性中枢神经系统功能障碍。
